2023-11-04: KCPD responded to disturbance with Holly 44 resident who was disruptive and appeared to be under the influence of drugs. Holly 44 employees called 911.

2023-10-23: Man under influence of drugs was passed out at Holly 44 for over 6 hours. KCPD responded, checked on his wellbeing and asked if he needed to go to hospital (he refused), and then instructed him to leave the property.

2023-09-13: Criminals staying at Holly 44 apparently kidnapped a woman. Heard screaming at 6am for help and observed a woman being dragged into Holly 44 tenant's SUV while somebody else was clinging to hood of SUV.

Suspected drug and sex trafficking activity here again, with
numerous vehicles stopping for just a few minutes to visit
Holly 44, and what appeared to be drug use in parked vehicle after
occupant made short trip to Holly 44.
2023-01-05: Drug and sex trafficking.
Multiple tenants who had been staying at Holly 44 for months were
just evicted for drug and prostitution related activity. Owner of
Holly 44 was overheard yelling at tenants about the prostitution and
drugs.
2022-07-18: Break-in / Burglary at Holly 44
There was a break-in at the Holly 44 STR this afternoon. Two suspects in custody.
I noticed suspicious activity and called 911.

2022-06-22: Stolen truck recovered and car thieves staying at Holly 44
KCPD recovered a stolen truck from the Holly 44 STR property.
The car thieves were staying at Holly 44.
In the video, you can see the thieves escape from the west side
of the building while the truck is being recovered from the east side.
I'm the person who noticed a truck with broken driver window and
broken steering column and called KCPD.
